I’m Christmas shopping online, and all that I have left are a 4 year old boy and a 6 year old boy. They both love spiderman and all of the characters associated with him. I want some good gift ideas that would make their Christmas special. They already have the costumes, and I would like to stay away from the “toy” thing (they have plenty of spiderman toys). I plan to spend between 50 and 60 dollars on each child, and get them at least two gifts. Any ideas?

My little boy is 5 and loves his spider-man disc chair, i don’t remember how much it was but they have them at target.

I highly recommend getting the Spiderman games based on the movie for xbox or playstation 2. Those games are really really fun! I’m 17 and they’re my favorite, especially because of the web swinging. At first the controls may be a bit hard to understand for children of their age, but they’ll most likely pick it up fast. Get the first game as that one has the walkthrough tutorial in the beginning. Anyways, you can kill two birds with one stone as this gift would be great for both of them. You can get the game for like $20 (the first one) but if you don’t have the console, that might set you back a bit as opposed to the money you want to spend. I don’t know what the going price is for an xbox/playstation 2 nowadays.
And if you don’t go with the game idea, maybe you can get them into the actual comics? If they like Spiderman from the movies and TV, the comics would be great to get for them! I recommend the early ones though from like the 60′s and so forth. The newer comics may be a bit gorey or whatnot since comics today are mostly pointed towards an adult audience. The 60′s comics are much better for youngsters as they’re fun reads and not all about mutilation!
